Electricity from the months of September inclusive to May is charged as used by guests. Summer months June to August no charge.

This can be simply calculated as follows:

Example of how to calculate Electricity charge for your stay:

Day Unit Reading Arrival 16571, on departure reading is 16707, difference is 136 units used.

Multiply 136, the total used by £0.15 which is £20.40

Example of how to calculate Gas charge for your stay:

Day Unit Reading Arrival 10238, on departure reading isis 10038, difference is 200 units used.

Multiply 200, the day total by £0.07 which is £14

Add Gas total to Electricity total used, £20.40 plus £14 (in the example). This amount will be charged to your card after departure.
